Driving Directions

From I-93, take exit 32. Take a left into Lincoln at the end of the ramp, proceed to the next stoplight (GH Pizza will be on the left) and take a left onto Connector Rd. Take your first right onto East Spur Rd. At the 4 way stop go straight onto Mansion Hill Drive. Take the first left onto Manor Drive. On your 4th left proceed onto Duck Pond Way. For your privacy and security, the address is located in the AirBNB app

Lockbox

The code for the lockbox will be made available 3 days prior to your stay in the AirBNB app.

Parking Instructions

There is ample parking space in front of our unit.

Check In Instructions

Please check In NO EARLIER than 4pm

Our Condo has a lockbox with the keys. One key is for the ski locker, and the other is for the condo.

We are located on the Second Floor

House Rules

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the decks. The security deposit will be withheld.

FURNISHINGS: Please DO NOT move or rearrange furniture for any reason.

SKIS: may be stored outside in the provided ski locker.

PETS: We love pets! However, If you are planning on traveling with pets, you must notify the owners. If pets are brought onto property without prior notification, the renter will be charged a $100 fee from the security deposit.

ACCESS: Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included.

WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power in unit caused by storms.

ALLERGIES: Our home is pet friendly. Although the unit is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, those with severe allergies to pets are advised not to rent this unit.

Association Rules

1. No Motorcycles, snowmobiles, trailers, or RVs are allowed on property.

2. Do not hang clothing, towels, or any object on deck railings.

3. No propane or charcoal grills of any kind. Electric grills are permitted.

4. Please keep front decks clear of objects. Items, including bicycles, may be stored on the back deck.

Checkout Procedures

Put all dirty sheets and towels in the bathtub.
Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle.
Heat- set all electric heat to “low” setting (Pellet stove to 55.)
Turn off all lights.
Close all windows and sliding glass door on deck.
Lock Front Door
Put Keys in Lockbox
Trash- Please bring all trash to the dumpster located at the end of Duck Pond Way on the main road out of the condo complex.

TV Operation

Two HD Flatscreen TVs. Watch daytime sports, or the news with Cable, connect your favorite apps to the Roku for family movie night. In the living room there is RokuTV, which is compatible with Apple Airplay.
