HoUSE Guide

Our Golf Getaway property comes in three different arrangements to fit your group. Please note, if you book the Ski Weekend Sleeper or Family Fun Suite you may share a wall with other guests. Each unit has its own private entrance, Bed(s) and Bath. No living spaces are shared between the two units.

Driving Directions

From I-93 NB: Take Exit 30, and turn right onto US-3 S. In 0.1 mi turn left onto Jack O'Lantern Dr, at the fork keep left onto Fairway Drive (Jack O'Lantern N Dr.) At the next intersection (unmarked) keep left for our building.

Parking Instructions

There are 2 spots in front of our condo. You have access to 1 spot if renting the Weekend Sleeper, and 1 spot if renting the Suite. If you book both sides, both spots are available for use. Additional parking is available in the resort overflow lot. Parking on the side of the road, or grass will result in a ticket.

Access Instruction

The code for the lockbox will be sent 3 days prior to your stay in the Airbnb app. Each Side has its own lockbox and unique code.

Check In Instructions

Please check In NO EARLIER than 4pm

Our Condo has a lockbox with the keys. One key is for the storage locker, and the other is for the door. Each side has its own entrance and large storage locker.

We are located on the First Floor

House Rules

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the decks. The security deposit will be withheld.

FURNISHINGS: Please DO NOT move or rearrange furniture for any reason.

SKIS: may be stored outside in the provided ski locker.

PETS: Due to HOA Rules, we are NOT able to accommodate any pets

ACCESS: Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included.

WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power in unit caused by storms.

QUIET HOURS: Are from 10pm-7am, please be respectful of our neighbors!

Association Rules

No motorcycles, snowmobiles, trailers, or RVs are allowed on property.
Do not hang clothing, towels, or any object on deck railings.
No charcoal grills of any kind. Electric and propane grills are permitted.
Vehicles shall only be parked only in designated parking spots.

Put all dirty sheets and towels in the bathtub.
Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle (Suite side) Please clean any used dishes (Sleeper side).
Heat- set all thermostats to 50F (Fireplace extinguished.)
Turn off all lights.
Close all windows and doors to the deck
Lock Front Door
Put Keys in the Correct Lockbox
Please take out the trash on your way out. The dumpster is located behind the clubhouse on Jack O Lantern Drive.

Checkout Procedures

Please Checkout By 10am

TV Operation

All three TVs are RokuTV, and compatible with Apple Airplay. Watch daytime sports, or the news with Cable, connect your favorite apps to the Roku for family movie night. In the kids loft, plug in a game system using the extra HDMI cord.

Pool, Spa, Gameroom

Hours of operation vary for the pool, spa and gameroom. Please check the clubhouse (located on Jack O Lantern Drive) for current hours of operation. The outdoor pool is only open during the summer. Access cards are located by the front door of the unit. Games require quarters.
